She brings over 25 years of experience leading large human capital firms as well as an overriding passion for innovation and excellence. Michelle defines creativity. She has over 20 years of experience as an art director/creative director in advertising and marketing, supporting some of the world’s largest and most vibrant brands. Her background includes working at some of the most prestigious agencies for brand leaders such as Kraft Foods, Quaker, Coors, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Herman Miller. She is an unrivaled talent in driving creatively led and strategically driven work that delivers compelling results.
She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and supports organizations locally specifically teaching young children the world of art and to spark their young creativity.
